Trust and safety

Practical boundaries for sharing, meeting, reporting and continuing a project conversation.

Share with context

Use the smallest audience that fits the work. Before production, clarify who will attend, what will be captured, where files will go and who can approve changes. Ask about access, travel, sensitive subjects and private information when those details affect the decision.

A structured request should make it easier to spot what is missing. You can pause, decline or revise instead of treating a public profile or preferred date as a promise.

  • Check people, place, capture and storage.
  • Keep secrets out of public routes.
  • Write down material boundaries.

Use controls when needed

Block new contact when you need distance. Report a profile, post, conversation or project with enough detail to make the concern understandable. Keep relevant project context when it is safe, and pause work when a material safety or rights issue cannot be resolved.

Reports are reviewed with their relevant context. A submitted report does not guarantee a particular decision or response time. Blocking limits new contact while preserving the access participants need to existing project evidence. Immediate danger requires the appropriate local emergency service.
