PoseLane

Rights and credit

Keep permission, usage and contribution visible around the work.

Trust is something people can inspect

PoseLane can keep a versioned Agreement, delivery context and participant confirmation visible in the project record. That history is useful evidence of what participants decided in this workflow. It is not a platform verification badge, identity guarantee, ownership transfer or proof that every public claim is true.

A clear record also makes correction possible. When a role, date, deliverable or usage changes, the participants can see which version guided the work and why a later version exists.

  • Check the accepted Agreement version.
  • Keep delivery and change history connected.
  • Treat public claims as claims that need their own support.

Ask before you publish

Discuss where the work may appear, how long it may be used, which edits are allowed, who approves the final use and how people should be credited. Keep private files, contact details and unreleased context in the project or library until the audience is agreed.

Contribution confirmation is separate from a review and does not transfer ownership. If an image includes another person’s likeness, work or property, confirm that the public use is authorised before adding it to a portfolio.
