Request account deletion with context
Use account controls to request deletion while understanding how active project or safety history may affect processing.
Prepare before requesting deletion
Export the information you want to keep and review active Intents, Agreements, Productions and safety matters. Unpublish a portfolio or pause new requests if you need to stop public discovery while the request is considered.
Deletion is a consequential account action. Read the current control wording, confirm the account you own and keep any request status or confirmation for your records.
- Export a personal snapshot first.
- Review active collaborations and unresolved reports.
- Check public portfolio and intake state.
Submit through account controls
Open Settings, use the deletion control and provide only the context needed to process the request. An ownership or re-authentication check may be required. Do not send passwords or identity documents to a public support address.
After submitting, review the request status in Settings. You can cancel a pending request if you want to keep the account. Deletion review can pause when active work needs resolution; follow the stated next step before resubmitting. Signing out alone does not cancel the request.
Understand project continuity
Active Agreement, Production, delivery and safety history can require restricted continuity for the participants who rely on it. The account workflow removes eligible public information and access while retaining shared records where necessary. Use Export account data and download important originals before requesting deletion.
If you need clarification, contact the project with the page and account context but keep sensitive credentials out of the message.
