Shape service package drafts carefully

Use optional AI assistance to organise a starting offer while you validate costs, rights and production conditions yourself.

Start from work you really provide

Describe the service, typical duration, deliverables, team requirements and client outcome in your own words. The assistant can suggest a structure, but it cannot calculate your real costs or decide what permission a client needs.

Consent is explicit for the context used in the request. Do not include private client material or unrelated personal details just to make the draft sound richer.

  • Name the actual craft and outcome.
  • List duration, deliverables and team needs.
  • Consent only to the context required for this draft.

Validate commercial details

Check the proposed price, currency, expenses, travel, overtime, revisions, licensing and exclusions. Remove any promise you cannot fulfil. A package is a starting point for a question: availability and the final scope still need both participants’ agreement. Applying a suggestion saves the draft for your review and does not accept a request.

For TFP or another exchange, explain what each person contributes and which usage decisions remain open.

Apply only a truthful version

Review the draft on your public profile and edit it until the scope is easy to understand. Applying a suggestion does not accept a project or create an Agreement. Real terms belong in the private brief, request and exact Agreement version.

If the assistant produces a claim you cannot support, discard it and write a simpler one. Human judgment remains the final publication step.
