Community guidelines
A short standard for treating people, work and boundaries with care.
Be specific and respectful
Ask before naming people or sharing images. Describe your contribution accurately and do not imply a relationship, endorsement, client outcome, audience result or verification that you cannot support. Treat a person’s no, pause or block as a boundary.
Use clear language for roles, dates, scope, usage, compensation or exchange and delivery. Precision helps people collaborate without making the work feel transactional or hiding an important condition.
- Publish work you created or are authorised to share.
- Use person-first language and respect a clear no.
- Keep claims tied to evidence you actually have.
Keep disagreement close to the work
Use the project context for scope, delivery and change questions. Ask for an amendment when the work changes. Use block and report controls when contact is unsafe, unwanted or abusive, and keep sensitive material out of public posts.
Use Report to provide specific context about a concern and Block to limit unwanted new contact. Keep reports factual and relevant. Staff decisions can include content removal or account restrictions, while an existing project may retain the evidence its participants need. A report does not guarantee a particular outcome.
