Export your local activity

Download an account-scoped JSON snapshot with records and media references.

Request the snapshot

Open Settings while signed in and choose Export account data. The download contains the eligible records associated with your account, including your own information and shared project records you are permitted to access. Keep the file private: it can contain conversations and work details that were never intended for public sharing.

Export before changing a profile, unpublishing a portfolio or requesting deletion if you need a personal reference. The snapshot is a convenience for inspection and portability, not a promise of a production data-subject process.

  • Confirm the signed-in account.
  • Request the export from Settings.
  • Keep the resulting file in a private location.

Understand what it contains

The package can include profile and portfolio fields, posts, drafts, shortlist membership, conversations, project records, preferences, consent choices and eligible metadata within your ownership boundary. Shared records may include only the context necessary for participants to understand the work.

Media references and metadata can be present while file bytes are absent. Check the package before relying on it for a particular original image or attachment.

Store and interpret it carefully

An export can contain personal, project and contact information. Do not upload it to a public repository or send it through an untrusted service. Delete copies you no longer need and keep the one you retain protected.

The export is a readable account snapshot, not an import file or a full backup of original media. Download needed originals separately from Your library. Exporting does not change your account, delete records or remove another participant’s access to a shared Agreement or delivery.
